Last updated in 2018, the Miss Rodeo Missouri crown is designed on the symbolism of class and timelessness. Representing both our queens and beloved state, the crown is adorned with Missouri’s tree, the dogwood (blossom) and the state outline, standing for the durability and determination of the cowgirl who assumes the crown. The dogwood blossom resembles the humble and hardy characteristics of happiness, spirituality, and strength. The state outline represents the “Show Me” state, more notably known as the “Gateway to the West”. Missouri carries a rich history of western settlement and heritage, deep-rooted agriculture and of course rodeo. Tried and true our state colors red, white, and blue, this crown does not only represent our state but the women who wear it too.
